Returns and Exchanges

Please note, that available items that are Personalized are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges due to the nature of the personalization

However, for all other non-personalized items:

If you are not satisfied with your Judicial Watch Purchase we would be happy to refund the purchase amount for the product, LESS the cost of shipping.  There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased. You can return unwanted items  within 14 days of purchase of your goods.

- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you purchased it.

- Only items that have been purchased directly from Judicial Watch.

- Please ensure that the item you are returning is repackaged with all elements.

- Your Credit Card will be Refunded, Less the cost of shipping.

- We are unable to refund any additional donation you made at time of purchase.

Exchanges for another item at equal cost:

If you wish to exchange the item purchased for another item of equal cost, please begin the RMA process or contact us via email to request the RMA. Once the item has been received, we will begin the exchange process for the replacement item.

Exchanges for another item at greater cost:

If you wish to exchange the item purchased for another item of greater cost, please begin the RMA process or contact us via email to request the RMA. We will refund the cost of the item once it has been received allowing you the option of ordering the greater cost item.
